How long does it take to go live?+
Once you have completed onboarding — business details, content and design choices — a Launch site is typically ready to review within ten working days.
Who owns the domain and the website?+
You own the website content. Domain holder details follow the registrar record for that domain.
Can I move up a plan later?+
Yes. You can change plan from the portal and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
Can you host an application rather than a website?+
Yes. Laravel and React applications are handled on the Laravel & React plans, which include deployments, queues and monitoring.
Is the first domain really included?+
Yes. Every website plan includes the first domain. Renewals stay on the same invoice.
What if I already have a website?+
We can rebuild it on a Steady plan or keep the domain and migrate. Onboarding asks which you prefer.
